INTERNSHIPPOLICY

Please read the following policy carefully before applying for the Dastawez Internship Program. By submitting your application, you agree to all terms outlined below.

1. Introduction

  • 1.1 Dastawez is a growing startup focused on providing digital and documentation services.
  • 1.2 The internship program is designed to provide real-world exposure and build a strong, dedicated team.

2. Internship Duration & Mode

  • 2.1 The duration of the internship shall be 3 months.
  • 2.2 The internship will be conducted in a remote mode.

3. Nature of Internship

  • 3.1 This internship is unpaid.
  • 3.2 This internship is intended for learning and training purposes and does not constitute an employment relationship.
  • 3.3 Interns will gain practical experience and exposure to real projects.
  • 3.4 The internship is part of a startup environment focused on learning and growth.

4. Roles & Responsibilities

  • 4.1 Interns are required to complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
  • 4.2 Interns must maintain regular communication with the team.
  • 4.3 Interns are expected to demonstrate consistency and responsibility.
  • 4.4 Active contribution to projects and team goals is expected.

5. Work Culture

  • 5.1 Dastawez operates in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • 5.2 Interns are expected to be proactive and adaptable.
  • 5.3 Ownership and accountability in work are essential.

6. Performance Expectations

  • 6.1 Performance will be evaluated based on consistency and discipline.
  • 6.2 Quality of work will be a key evaluation factor.
  • 6.3 Communication and teamwork will be considered.
  • 6.4 Learning attitude and initiative will be assessed.

7. Internship Progression & Long-Term Opportunity

  • 7.1 Dastawez conducts internships in structured phases (e.g., Phase 01, Phase 02, etc.), where each phase represents a complete internship cycle.
  • 7.2 Interns who successfully complete one internship phase will be eligible to receive a Certificate of Completion, subject to satisfactory performance.
  • 7.3 Interns are allowed to participate in multiple consecutive phases based on their performance and consistency.
  • 7.4 Interns who successfully complete four consecutive internship phases will be given an opportunity to be recognized as a Dastawez Team Asset and may be considered for deeper involvement within the organization.
  • 7.5 A "Dastawez Team Asset" refers to an individual who becomes a team member and contributes to the growth and development of Dastawez, while also growing along with the organization.
  • 7.6 Interns who have successfully completed one phase and wish to continue for the next phase may do so without undergoing a fresh interview or task-based selection process. They are required to inform the team, after which Dastawez will review and confirm their continuation based on internal evaluation.
  • 7.7 Such recognition and opportunity will be based on performance, dedication, and overall contribution during the internship phases.

8. Code of Conduct

  • 8.1 Interns must maintain professional behavior at all times.
  • 8.2 Respect towards team members is mandatory.
  • 8.3 Misuse of resources or misconduct is strictly prohibited.

9. Confidentiality

  • 9.1 Interns must not disclose any confidential information.
  • 9.2 This obligation continues even after the internship ends.

10. Termination

  • 10.1 Dastawez reserves the right to terminate the internship in case of poor performance.
  • 10.2 Interns may choose to discontinue the internship by informing the team in advance.
  • 10.3 Non-participation or lack of commitment may lead to termination.
  • 10.4 Any misconduct or violation of rules will result in termination.

Dastawez reserves the right to terminate the internship at any time in case of poor performance, misconduct, or violation of rules.

11. Certification

  • 11.1 A certificate will be provided upon successful completion of the internship.
  • 11.2 Certification is subject to satisfactory performance and task completion.
  • 11.3 Certification will only be issued if the intern meets the minimum performance standards and completes assigned responsibilities satisfactorily.
